Getting here is a bit tricky. Enter at the SANDS ST gate at Sands St and Navy St. Walk on the right hand sidewalk. ROOFTOP REDS IS IN BUILDING 275, 4th floor. When you get to the 4th floor go straight and then turn right. Exit through the grey door and up the grey stairs. Walk onto the turf and all the way to the back left corner. 

I’ll be teaching rooftop yoga at Rooftop Reds next Friday August 19 at 7pm and Sunday August 21 at 10am. Join me for a refreshing vinyasa flow followed by a refreshing glass of wine! 😘

I am now teaching the Tuesday 12:30 one hour express yoga class at Area Yoga Brooklyn Heights (144 Montague). Great way to spend your lunch break if you work downtown! In lieu of a dharma talk this week, I am leading my classes through a loving-kindness meditation. The shooting in Orlando is a culmination of hate. I believe only love can conquer hate. By cultivating love, beginning with self-love, love can emanate to all beings. Love is the only true power, the only true healer. Join me in this mediation, followed by a heart-centered practice, on Wednesday morning at 10am and Thursday evening at 8pm at Area Yoga Forte Greene.
